President Wilber led everyone present in the salute to the flag.
Moved by Mr. Weiskittel, seconded by Mr. Amberg that the Board go into executive session at 4:01 p.m. to discuss personnel issues.

President Wilber declared the Board out of executive session at 4:23 p.m.

Mr. Weiskittel that the following administrative appointment be approved:
1.
John Kemp, to a probationary appointment as Transportation Supervisor, District Central Services
Facility, 12 months, effective July 30, 2007 through July 29, 2008, at an
annual salary of $60,000, pro-rated.

Moved by Mr. Amberg, seconded by Mr.
Scherer that approval of a contract for re-roofing
the Administration Center building to GUDABRI, Inc., the lowest responsible
bidder meeting the specifications for the basic work set forth in the bid specifications
(no alternatives), for the sum of Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Eight
Dollars ($34,968), contingent upon the prompt submission of all bonds,
insurance certifications and other required submittals in the form and content
required by the bid specifications. This
award shall be effective immediately.
Moved by Mr. Weiskittel, seconded by Mrs. Guard that the Board go into executive session at 5:03 p.m. to discuss personnel issues.
