Members of the Board present:

Mitchell Wilber, President

Stanton Tepfer, Vice President

Norbert Amberg

D. Thomas Scherer

S. Ford Weiskittel

Josephine Guard

Erminia Colizzi Wooster

Josephine Guard arrived – 12:20 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by President Mitchell Wilber at 12:00 p.m.

President Wilber led everyone present in the salute to the flag.

Moved by Mr. Weiskittel, seconded by Mr. Amberg that the Board go into executive session at 12:08 p.m. to discuss personnel issues.

Yes: 6

Absent: 1(Mr. Guard)

Motion was carried.

Board Member Mrs. Guard arrived at 12:20 p.m.

President Wilber declared the Board out of executive session at 1:17 p.m.

That the following Board members be appointed to the Finance Committee: Stanton Tepfer, S. Ford Weiskittel and Mitchell Wilber.

Moved by Mrs. Guard, seconded by Mr. Weiskittel that the meeting by adjourned to the call of the chair at 1:18 p.m.
