Robert C. Young, Jr., Superintendent of Schools

Lauren Poehlman, Asst. Superintendent for Business Services

Paul Darnall, Asst. Superintendent for Curriculum/Instruction

The meeting was called to order by Vice President, Stanton Tepfer, at 12:11 p.m.

Superintendent Robert C. Young led all present in the salute to the flag.

Superintendent Robert Young discussed the 2008-2009 budget and 1.9% tax levy. Superintendent Young stated that presentations will be given to the faculty and staff. A budget newsletter will be mailed to the community.

Moved by Mr. Weiskittel, seconded by Mr. Scherer that the 2008-2009 annual district budget in the amount of $42,634,510.00 be adopted and the amount of the tax levy be established at $15,295,450.00.

Motion was carried.

Moved by Mr. Weiskittel, seconded by Mr. Scherer that the meeting be adjourned to the call of the chair at 12:40 p.m.
